  • Mission and Vision

    Project Shared Future (PSF) is committed to cultivating youth leaders for our world. This mission is implemented through a partnership of youths from all backgrounds to achieve the united goals of mankind.

     

    We are initiating a liberal community that enables youths to unlock their new identity——as masters of a shared future. We value every participant to make a transformative impact on individuals, communities, and the world.

  • Objective and Purpose

     

    For most participants, this would be the very first immersive experience that allows them to create values that the UN advocates. The UN's Sustainable Development Goals are closely connected to everyone's daily lives hence it is not only achievable but also relevant.

     

    We encourage every current and prospective participant to take action from this moment onward, as every small action towards sustainable development could guide us closer to achieving enormous global changes.

  • What is Sustainable Development

    Sustainable development has been defined as development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

     

    Sustainable development calls for concerted efforts towards building an inclusive, sustainable, and resilient future for people and the planet. 

     

    For sustainable development to be achieved, it is crucial to harmonize three core elements: economic growth, social inclusion, and environmental protection. These elements are interconnected and all are crucial for the well-being of individuals and societies.

  • 17 Goals to Transform Our World

     

    The 17 Goals were adopted by all UN Member States in 2015. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a call for action by all countries – poor, rich, and middle-income – to promote prosperity while protecting the planet.

     

    They recognize that ending poverty must go hand-in-hand with strategies that build economic growth and address a range of social needs including education, health, social protection, and job opportunities while tackling climate change and environmental protection.

* Guidance Committee and Evaluation Committee members will be constituted of global NPOs (including but not limited to UN institutions and affiliated club, centers, and associations), higher education institutions, and well-known companies.

 

Depending on the forms of deliverables, we plan to invite more professionals from various industries, such as music producers, writers, artists, directors, etc.

It is the united global challenge and opportunity faced by all of mankind in this era. It is also the united duty and responsibility of the youths of the world.

 

At PSF, you will be able to

 

Create your own sustainable development day,

Co-build a special PSF calendar with global peers,

And facilitate greater awareness and involvement in the UN's global sustainable development efforts.

Practice of technical skills and realize their values to our society

Practice of soft skills, such as communication and collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, etc.

Focus on exploration and reflection, supplemented by multiple rounds of professional feedback and suggestions for improvement

Open international resource platform to support further education, career, and life development

Continuous and coherent community contribution

Lifelong bonds with worldwide peers and connections with the alumni network
